There is debris on the path in front of you on your way to Brainess.
Neuron: Ugh. Janice! Eat a salad, or at least stop taking the lettuce out of your hamburgers. She’s going to kill us all! This is called Atherosclerosis. So much fat is in her veins and arteries that it’s hard to get through them.

Neuron freezes as he realizes something.

Neuron: Heart’s in danger! The fat can dislodge and cause a heart attack! Quick, we have to get to the brain and tell her! Heart, I mean Janice, is in danger!

You and Neuron race to Brainess.
Neuron: Brain, please, Janice had Atherosclerosis! You have to tell her!

Brainess shakes her head.
Brainess: It's already too late. A piece of plaque has reached Heart.

Neuron: My Heart. Myocardial Infarction. Janice... had a heart attack.

Brainess: I need to send her warning signs.

Brainess turns to a neuron.

Brainess: Pain in her neck, jaw, and back.

Brainess sends the neuron away and speaks with another.

Brainess: Cramping in her stomach.

And another.
Brainess: Nausea, dizziness, and difficulty breathing

Brainess fires off multiple neurons in quick succession before slowing down.

Brainess: Cold sweat.

Brainess closes her eyes and sends off Neuron with her final instruction.

Brainess: And fear. She has to know this is serious and that she has to call an ambulance, even though she does not recognize the symptoms of a female heart attack.

In a moment, all of the neurons return, and Neuron darts back to your side.

Brainess closes her eyes, and you wait to see if Janice will get the help she needs.

After a long moment, Brainess sighs and smiles.

Brainess: Good job, Red and Neuron. Janice is going to be alright.

Neurons fire back and forth in excitement and relief. Brainess beams before clapping her hands and turning to you.

Brainess: Now, Janice can rest. We cannot. Red, I need you to deliver more oxygen to Heart.

Neuron darts in front of you, eager to return to Heart.

Neuron: Me, too?

Brainess: Yes, Neuron. You, too.
